Role Overview
Business Model and Marketing.
You'll help us refine our business model, ensuring it is aligned with our core mission and objectives. Additionally, you'll help us craft a compelling marketing strategy and refine marketing content to ensure effective engagement of our target audience.
Build Relationships with Stakeholders.
Your ability to build and nurture relationships will be critical to our success. You'll actively engage with relevant stakeholders, including bar associations, law school career development departments, nano-influencers on social media platforms, and private vendors in the legal space.
Empower Young Attorneys.
At the heart of our mission is the commitment to support the next generation of legal professionals. You will work with our team to identify innovative ways to address the pain points encountered by young attorneys, including the lack of professional mentorship, the lack of professional skills development, and the burden of substantial student loan debt.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate required, but no requirement of a bar license. Attorneys of all experience levels are encouraged to apply, including recent law graduates, semi-retired attorneys and retired attorneys.
- Ideally, a strong understanding of the legal industry and an appreciation of the many pain points for young attorneys, including the lack of professional mentorship, the lack of professional skills development, and the burden of substantial student loan debt. We have a strong preference for someone who understands our target demographic (i.e., an attorney who is less than 10 years removed from law school) and/or someone who is familiar with the various social media platforms and websites that attract a lot of inexperienced or young attorneys.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with an enthusiasm to engage with various stakeholders in the law space.
- Strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and the ability to spot opportunities for growth.
- Passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of attorneys and giving back to the legal profession.
- Strong research, analytical and writing skills.
